David will be speaking to us about “The Grace Principle”
The GRACE Principle is a simple framework for engaging with ideas and individuals across divides.
The framework was developed during David’s time as an educator and corporate trainer engaged in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and aims to better support the kinds of conversations and relations required in a highly charged and graceless time.
