"A Conflict of Visions" by Thomas Sowell
Thomas Sowell is widely regarded as one of the preeminent modern living economists and public intellectuals. FAIR Los Angeles kicks off its Book Club with one of Sowell's best works on political philosophy -- A Conflict of Visions. Originally written in 1987, Sowell extensively revised the book in its second edition, released in 2007. The FAIR LA book club discussion will be led by FAIR LA member and podcaster Alan Wolan, host of The Genius of Thomas Sowell Podcast. Alan Wolan will provide guidance, pose questions, and offer insightful commentary as we gather for a thought-provoking evening. Please join us on January 05th for a fascinating discussion of Sowell and his book.
