Now available on video: FAIR presents a webinar on parental rights in K-12 Education (originally live streamed on November 17th).
This FAIR panel discussion, is moderated by FAIR Advisor, Maude Maron, who is joined by Yiatin Chu and Mona Davids. These three moms have been leading the fight against CRT and gender ideologies for years and they’ve been doing it in the belly of the beast – New York City. Also joining the panel is former Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights and Deputy General Counsel in the US Department of Education, Candice Jackson.
Some of the questions addressed are:
- What rights do parents have when advocating for their children?
- What can parents do to effect change in schools?
- What happens when parents speak up?
- Be sure and catch Mona Davids’ comment near the end of the video on parents opting in rather than having to opt out of ideologically based instruction and surveys.
See the “opt out” template and FERPA and PPRA documents that are discussed in the webinar below.
